BERLUCCHI – Cuvèe imperiale
The purple ruby of the ripe grapes stands out in the color. The flavor above all is harmony, softness, then the body and the balance of a sumptuous red. Fresh and enveloping, it is ideal for white and red meats, game and medium-aged cheeses. 13%vol.
FERRARI – Black
A completely artisanal processing method with the drying of its grapes. A generous red, rich in history, with a full and velvety taste. A higher level wine to be combined with strong and full-bodied dishes. 15,5%vol.
MOET CHANDON - ROSE’ – CHAMPAGNE
Pink with amber reflections and persistent perlage. It has a fascinating olfactory bouquet, composed of floral scents, aromas of strawberries, raspberries and cherries, and spicy nuances of pepper. The palate is expressive, creamy and intense, characterized by a subtle freshness which, together with a menthol note, leads the length. 12%vol.
Montelvini Extra Dry
The Montelvini Extra Dry Promosso is a particularly aromatic and fruity wine, produced according to the Charmat method which involves re-fermentation in an autoclave. Lively and pleasantly acid, it is a wine that fully represents the characteristics of its territory of origin and the vocation to the world of Montelvini‘s sparkling wines. 11.5%vol.
